- Take a mixie jar, add fresh coconut and blend it.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, little salt, curry leaves and saute it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chillies and saute it.
- Add bell pepper, salt, coriander powder, blended coconut, little water mix it well and cooked it on slow flame.
- At last add coriander leaves and mix it. Switch off the flame.
