Cabbage Kofta in Spring Onion Gravy is an easy Indian vegetarian kofta recipe.
- Take a bowl, add grated cabbage along with a pinch of salt and mix it well.
- Now, heat little oil in a pan, add grated cabbage and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add cumin powder, red chili powder, roasted chana powder and saute all these for 2- 3 minutes.
- Later, transfer the above-prepared mixture in a bowl then prepare it (like small dumplings) and coat with maida flour.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the balls and keep aside.
- Now, heat oil in another pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute it.
