- Take a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
- When they splutter, add peanuts, chana dal, and dry red chilies. Saute all these for few mins.
- Add urad dal, chopped lady's finger, saute it again for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Now even add salt as per taste and mix it well.
- Add curry leaves, chopped garlic,chopped ginger and mix it well. Saute all for 1 to 2 mins.
- Add sambar powder, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, mix well.
- In the same pan, even add chopped tomato, salt as per taste.
- At last, add cooked rice to the same pan, toss well.
