Beetroot and spinach is a simple and delicious dish popularly made in the South Indian cuisine, served as a Side dish.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, salt, curry leaves, turmeric, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, cook for 5 minutes.
