Poha chudva is one of the famous snack mostly prepared in Indian homes. It is the best time pass snack.
- Heat oil in a pan, add goundnuts, roasted chana dal, cashew nuts and saute them.
- Then add turmeric powder, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, sugar and mix well.
- Add poha to the above pan, mix again. Later season it with salt and cook it on slow flame for about 5 minutes till poha is crispy.
- At last, transfer to a plate, add sugar and mix well.
For another variation:
- Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, lemon juice in a bowl of fried poha and mix well .
