- Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add garlic and beef, cook until browned.
- Then add sauces, chilli, soup mix and water. Add rice, mixed vegetables and red pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- In another pan, add beaten egg, cook on medium heat until set. Roll up and cut into strips.
- Toss through fried rice and serve immediately.
