Egg roll is a famous snack from the streets of many Indian cities especially Kolkata. If you are looking for appetizer ideas, this quick and easy recipe is a great option. It is made of fried egg, onions, chilies wrapped in flat bread.
- Take boiled chopped egg into the bowl, chopped onions, chopped green capsicum, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves, grated cheese and mix it nicely.
- Now take bread slices cut the edges and roll it like a thin layer.
- Then add stuffing to the bread pieces and apply water to the edge.
- Roll it and keep it a side.
- Repeat the same process to the other bread pieces.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Apply oil on baking tray then place the egg rolls and apply oil to the egg rolls on top of it.
- Then place it in the oven and bake it for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the tray from oven and transfer into a serving plate.
