It’s a english pudding recipe with fruits in it.
- Take gelatin in a bowl, add hot water and mix it thoroughly.
- Add sugar to it and then pineapple crush(jelly) and mix it slowly.
- Once the pineapple gel is ready transfer this with the help of a strainer into a oiled plate.
- Transfer this plate into the refrigerator so that it sets down properly for 10-15 minutes.
- To prepare the english custard take egg yolks in a bowl and start mixing it with adding sugar in it.
- Also add vanilla essence to cut down the egg smell.
- Now keep adding milk slowly and mixing simultaneously.
- Place this mixture bowl on top of a boiling water container and keep mixing gently.
- Add cinnamon for spicy flavor in the custard and let it cook till it becomes thick.
- Once it thickens switch off the flame and keep this aside to cool down.
- Take chopped apple, oranges, bananas, grapes in a bowl and add little bit of lemon juice then mix it.
- Add chopped fresh mint and mix it again.
- Once the ingredients are ready we need to just assemble them in a glass.
- Cut the pineapple jelly into cubes and add into a glass.
- Add chopped fruits mixture and cake pieces also.
- Garnish the glass with fruit jam(border part).
- Add the custard mixture into it and garnish with whipped cream, mint leaf and pineapple jelly.
