Crispiness of deep fried baby corn coated with indochinese style sauce is excellent snack.
For the batter:
- Boil the baby corn until it is cooked 3/4ths.
- Now mix corn flour, rice flour,salt,chilli powder and little water to make a paste.
- Then add the boiled baby corn and mix and allow it to marinate for 5 minutes. Shallow fry the corns now and keep aside.
FOR MUNCHURIAN:
- Heat the oil in a pan add the chopped ginger and garlic fry little.
- To it add raw curry leaves and add green chilli chopped and fry for 3 minutes.
- Now add the onions to it and fry until they are transparent.
- Later add salt, ajinomotto, soya sauce tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and saute for 3 minutes.
- At last, add the fried corns to it and saute again until the mixture is evenly distributed.
