Veggie momos perogies, are steamed dumplings, which makes everyone crave for more!!
- In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, sour cream, sprinkle water make this into a soft dough, knead the dough for 5 minutes, cover it and rest it for 20 minutes.
- Take another bowl add boiled and mashed potato, salt, grated cheese, butter, pepper, chopped parsley and mix it well.
- Take the dough, using rolling pin, roll a big thin sheet
- Cut them into a small disc using acutter and stuff with the potato mixture, grated cabbage.
