Aloo Gobi is a delicious main dish made with potatoes, cauliflower, and a great blend of spices. Aloo Gobi can be served with various bread, such as rotis, parathas, and puris.
- Boil water in a pan and add almonds, melon seeds, poppy seeds, cashew nut and keep the lid on it and boil it for 15 minutes and transfer it to a blender.
- To this add fried onions and blend it into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf, cardamom, cumin seeds and saute it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and cook it.
- Then add nuts paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and cook it.
- Even before it comes to boil add yogurt and cook it.
- Heat oil in a pan then fries the boiled potato and cauliflower pieces until they are cooked and take them into a paper towel.
- Then fry the green chilies and take them into a paper towel.
- Add the fried vegetables to the boiling gravy and tomato pieces, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
- Put the lid on and cook it on a slow flame for 1 minute.
Now the aloo gobi korma is ready to serve with roti or rice.
