This is a south Indian chat recipe, made with potato, urad dal, besan flour, curd.
- In a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, urad dal powder, salt, besan flour, soda and add required water mix it well.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vadas till they get nice color.
