Description

This is a dry spicy and very easy fish recipe from Konkan area in Maharashtra.Take the kadai but do not put it on the gas at this moment. Keep a side. Take the fish you like that can be cut like big finger size or take Mandeli fish as is. Add Red Chillies powder Add Turmeric Poweder Add Kokam Pieces Cut the Green chillies each in 2 pieces. Add Oil as you like Add Salt as you like Keep this is mixture for 15 minutes. Now turn on the gas and put the kadai with mixture prepared. Add very little water to cook the fish. The recipe has to be dry so please do not add too much water. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
