- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, pinch of salt, water and mix thoroughly until it form to thick bhundi batter consistency as shown in video.
- Boil water in a pan, on top of it place the bhundi strainer and pour the batter in it and rotate with the spoon as shown in the video and cook the bhundi.
- Take another pan, add half cup of water, jaggery and mix thoroughly until it form to a jaggery syrup.
