- Take the pressure cooker, add raw banana along with some water and pressure cook for 1-2 whistles. Grate and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, semolina, coriander powder, chickpea flour, cooking soda, red chili powder, red chili flakes, coriander seeds, garlic, amchur powder, salt, butter and mix thoroughly.
- Then add boiled and grated raw banana, water and mix thoroughly like a medium stiff dough.
- Take the dough, roll it with rolling pin and make the chapati.
- With the help of oval shape mould,cut it into oval shape and slightly poke thesepieces with a fork.
