Vermicelli uttapam is a simple, healthy and nutritious breakfast recipe made in the combination of vermicelli and rava.
- Roast vermicelli in ghee or oil and add little water in it to make bit soft. Cook it for 2minutes with the lid on it and take it in a bowl.
