Vegetable cutlets are prepared by combining mixed vegetables and spices. It is one of the well-liked appetizers very healthy and nutritious preferred by most vegetarians without any worry to feed your loved ones.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion,chopped curry leaves,chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, chopped beans and mix it well.
- To it, add carrot, paneer, cabbage, cauliflower and mix it well.
- Then season it with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala and mix it well.
- Now add rawa to it and saute all these nicely. Switch off the stove, take the mixture into the plate and keep aside.
- Take a bowl, add egg whites and maida beat it well.
- Now take the mixture, make the round ball with the palm and press it flat.
- Later, coat them in the egg and maida batter. Again in the bread crumbs and keep aside.
- At last, deep fry in hot oil till they turn to light brown in color.
Delicious RAWA VEGETABLE CUTLET is now ready to serve.
