A pretty looking golden brown noodle basket that’s filled with a warm and crunchy vegetable stir-fry-made from baby corn, asparagus, bean sprouts, snow peas and french beans make a satiating one-dish meal.
- In a pan add oil, chopped garlic, onions, shallots, carrot, red bell peppers, green bell pepper, cucumber, water and saute it.
- Then add mushrooms, baby corns, soya sauce, msg, water and saute it.
- When it is boiling add salt and leave it.
- In a bowl add cooked noodles, corn flour and mix it well.
- Take 2 spider ladle then put noodles on one ladle and make it like small nest.
- Then press with the other ladle tightly.
- Put the noodles in hot oil and press the noodles from the top.
- When it is cooked remove from oil and place it in a plate.
- In boiling mixture add cabbage, tomatoes, corn starch and mix it well.
- When it is dry switch off the flame and put these cooked vegetables on noodle basket.
- Garnish with spring onions.
Now vegetable basket noodles is ready.
