Tri colour chapati is a colourful dish which kids will love to eat. It's nutritious and very healthy recipe.
- Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt.Now add carrot puree and mix it like a dough. Add oil and knead it again to make a soft dough and keep it aside.
- Now again take some flour add salt, spinach puree and knead it well by adding some oil.
- In the same way take some flour add salt, beetroot puree and knead it well by adding some oil.
- When all the three colours dough is ready roll it like roti’s.
- Now apply butter on one of the roti’s-carrot roti and apply butter then sprinkle little flour on it and keep another- beetroot roti on it. Apply butter and sprinkle little flour on it then keep the last spinach roti on it, then again apply butter and sprinkle little flour on it.
- Roll it completely very carefully and cut into pieces on chopping board. Roll the pieces into roti’s by dusting little flour.
- Add butter/oil on hot pan and cook roti's on both the sides by adding little oil or butter.
- Take it in a plate and apply some tomato ketchup on it.
TRI COLOR CHAPATI is ready to serve.
