Hello Chef M Vineetha Thomas. I wanna share Tomato Chicken recipe is a very simple n tasty chicken gravy which goes well with chapathis dosa n even rice. this is my inovation. TRY OUT. Thank You.
- Take a thick bottom kadia, add little oil, add lengthwise finely chopped onions, sort the onions until golden brown.
- Then add little salt and sort more, add 2 tbs spoon of ginger garlic paste, sort ginger garlic paste, add salt if required.
- After that keep ready fresh tomato puree (5), add it and let it boil slightly.
- Add2 teaspoons of red chilly powder then add chicken ( with and without bone both go well but i recommend with bone slightly bigger than medium, the medium will also go good).
- Add salt let the chicken cook in tomato puree. When the puree thicken n chicken is 90 % cooked add 6 to seven cardamom n 2 tablespoon of jeer grind together in a mixer put that to the chicken. Mix well cook for 5 minutes add salt if required.
- At last, add finely chopped coriander leaves.
Simple N delicious TOMATO CHICKEN IS READY. :)
