In India, tindora is being available throughout the year. Tindora is eaten as curry, by deep – frying it along with spices. Stuffing it with masala paste and frying it makes it really yummy and delish.
- Take a pan add peanuts and dry coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seedsand dry roast it.
- Then transfer to a plate and let it cool down. Later,make it into a fine powder.
- In a plate, add coriander powder, red chili powder, lemon juiceand mix it well.
- Then take the tindora and stuff the mixture as shown as video.
- Now take the pan add oil, mustard seeds when it crackle, add curry leaves.
- Add stuffed tindora and put on the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Then add slit green chilies, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and mix it well and put on the lid to cook.
- In the last add chopped coriander leaves.
Now ready to serve with hot rice.
