- Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon stick, cloves, garlic, ginger, onions, a little salt, green chilies, curry leaves, tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
- Add black-eyed peas, kidney beans, chickpeas, carrots, potato, little water, pepper powder and mix thoroughly.
