- Remove the peel and seeds of cucumber and cut into pieces.
- Soak the moong dal for 1 -2 hours.
- Dry roast the groundnuts in a pan to the same pan add cumin seeds and again dry roast it for 30 sec and crush it with a pestle coarsely.
- Take the bowl and add sweet cucumber, sweet cucumber seeds, moong dal, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, sugar, lime juice, salt, coarse powder of cumin and groundnut.
- Then mix thoroughly and crush it with the pestle and serve it with roti and pulka.
