Corn pakora or corn fritters is a regular snack prepared during monsoons season. the corn pakora can be made with sweet corn or regular corn.
- Crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds with pestle.
- Take a bowl and add crushed powder, chickpea flour, rice flour, corn meal flour, sweet corn, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt and mix nicely.
