It’s a breakfast dish, which takes minutes to make and taste delicious too. Children will love making with out any baking cakes are ready
- Take chopped sweet corns a bowl, add egg, pinch of salt, chopped spring onions, red chili flakes and mix it well.
- Then add maida flour and keep mixing it, then pinch of baking powder and again mix it.
- Add cornmeal, cream or milk, coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix it.
- Check the consistency and add little water if its thick.
- Now the batter is ready with little oil also in it.
- In a plate take sliced onions, boiled potatoes, tomatoes and sprinkle some salt, crack pepper, mixed herbs, oil and mix them nicely with the folk and place them on a hot grilled pan.
- Take a spoonful of batter and pour on a hot pan then with the help of a spatula flip it over and then transfer the pancake to the grilled pan and repeat the same process to all other pan cakes.
- Turn the vegetables also to the other side with pan cake.
- Now you can take over the pancakes into a plate and serve it hot with the grilled vegetables too.
- At last garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
