- Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl and add finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, coriander powder, oats powder, salt and mix it nicely.
- To make slurry take sesame seeds, corn starch, all purpose, salt, little water and mix it to make thick batter.
- Take the bread slices and spread the potato mixture on it with a spoon and press it with hand.
- Now cut the bread slice into long pieces with knife.
- Coat this slurry to the bread pieces by dipping in it.
- Pan fry these pieces now in oil.
- Turn the other side also very carefully and cook them till they become golden brown.
