Sweet corn dhokla is a rare combo of sweet corn and gram flour come together in this sensational dish. Sweet corn dhokla is a dish prepared using very less oil, It is delicious and nutritious too. Sweet corn dhokla can be used for breakfast or as a tea time snack.
- Take a bowl and add corn meal flour, chickpea flour, semolina, sweet corn, sweet corn paste, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chili paste and mix nicely without lumps using buttermilk, little water.
- Add fruit salt, mix thoroughly and transfer into oil greased tray and steam it for 15 minutes until it is cooked perfectly.
- Remove dhokla from the steamer.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chillies, asafoetida, curry leaves, sugar, little salt, lime juice, little water and boil it, later add coriander leaves and pour it on top of dhokla.
Now the tasty dhokla is ready to serve.
