It’s a kind of Ayurveda recipe which is very healthy, tasty and interesting too.
- Cut sweet potatoes in big chunks and take ginger juice, lime juice, honey, black salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder in a bowl for dressing.
- Add the potato pieces in ginger mixture to drench it thoroughly.
- Now transfer the sweet potato pieces in the steamer then add partially soaked wheat in the ginger mixture.
- Now place a muslin cloth on the steamer and add the wheat mixture.
- Add partially soaked wheat with the ginger mixture on the cloth and just cover it to steam for 15-20 minutes.
- After 15 minutes check and transfer the wheat into a bowl.
- Then add chopped onions, salt, coriander leaves, lime juice, chopped tomatoes, ginger marinade mixture and mix it well.
- Meanwhile just place a ring on a plate and transfer the wheat mixture in to the ring.
- Now add the sweet potato pieces on the mixture and take away the ring.
Garnish with ghee and lime juice.
