Steamed dumplings are easy to make and delicious without any oil or masala made of split black gram.
- Soak urad dal for 6 hours and strain water from that.
- Take this urad dal and transfer it in the blender, add salt and blend into fine paste.
- Take this in a bowl and add cumin seeds and mix it.
- Now steam this in a idli tray or in the old method of a container with a tight cloth tied on it.
