Spinach and potato parcels is a snack recipe prepared with spinach, sweet corn and potato.
- Place cabbage leaves in boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, onions and saute it.
- Add little salt, sweet corns, diced potato, cumin powder and saute it, later cook it until potatoes are 70% done with lid on it.
