- Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masala spices, coriander seeds, toss well, add chana dal, urad dal, toor dal, chopped green chilies, saute well, transfer to a blender, grind to a fine paste and keep aside.
- Now add some more oil to the same, heat it, add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, toss it, add the prepared masala paste, chicken pieces, tomato puree, mix well and cook with closed lid till chicken pieces turn tender enough.
