SPICY MOUTH WATERING CHICKEN PATTIES A CRISPY OUTSIDE AND SOFT AND JUICY INSIDE WITH ALL LOVELY SPICES SENSING YOUR TASTEBUDS

firstly blend chicken , chilies,egg ,ginger,garlic,salt ,mint in a blender till it becomes a nice rough paste once done take it out in a bowl and keep it a aside in a fridge for 15 min,blend all spices cloves,cinnamon and cardamon in to rough powder and this powder to the chicken mix and mix it well with hands and now chop the coriander leaves and add the coriander leaves to the chicken and mix once again and wet your palms take a little bit of paste on your hands give a desired shape or if u lazy to give a shape u can directly drop then into hot oil with the help of a spoon for deep frying u can also shallow fry them up to your choice fry with any sauce
