- Heat mustard oil in a pan till smoking hot, then add mustard seeds, reduce the flame.
- To it, add red chilies, cumin seeds to the same pan and saute it.
- When they splutter, add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
- Then add chopped snake gourd to it, and cook it with closed lid till they are slightly tender.
- In the same pan, add bitten curd, mix and switch off the flame.
