Mutton curry is a delicious cuisine in India blended in a lot of spices.You must be wondering how to make the mutton curry. It is easy once you get the ingredients ready.
- Take a heavy bottomed Cooker and Pour oil in it.
- When the oil is heated add the finely chopped onions.
- Add a pinch of salt so that the onion will get cooked quickly(Golden Brown).
- Add finely diced tomatoes and let it cook completely with onion.
- Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cleaned baby goat to this mixture and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the red chili powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.
- Add some water and cover the cooker with a lid and keep it on a medium flame.
- If the mutton is tender it will take around 6 whistles if not more.
- Check if the mutton is totally cooked.
- Add some whole garam masala with kaju powder and coconut powder and mix the curry well.
- Add some water if required and let the curry cook with all masalas for about 3-5 minutes in a low flame.
Garnish the curry with Cilantro and serve hot with Plane Rice.
