Potato pancakes were of my favorite sides that kids like occasionally served with dinners with added onion, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, and eggs then stir to combine.
- Boil water in a pan and add coconut oil, half teaspoon sugar, salt, rice flour and mix nicely without any lumps.
- Place the dough in noodle press and press it on a plate, cover it with lid and place in steamer and steam it for 9-12 minutes.
- In a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt and mix nicely, make nice flat round shape by pressing with the hands-on polythene sheet.
- Heat oil in a tawa and place potato sheet, around it place onions, carrots, green bell pepper.
- Sprinkle soya sauce, white pepper powder on mixed vegetable and saute it.
- Flip the potato sheet and cook on both sides.
- Take a bowl and add red chili paste, garlic, sugar, vinegar, white of spring onions, tomato ketchup and mix sauce nicely.
- On top of cooked potato sheet place steamed noodles, sauteed mixed vegetable and transfer into serving plate and pour prepared sauce, sprinkle spring onions.
Now rice noodles on potato pancake is ready to serve.
