This is a Indian Traditional recipe which is tasty and healthy.
- In a grinder add half an hour before soaked rice and make a thick paste.To it add jaggery and grated coconut then grind them again.
 
- To this grinded mixture add some Cardamom Powder and Saffron (mixed in milk)
 
- On the stove, place a thick pan and spread evenlyghee.
 
- To this add grinded mixture and mix thoroughly, cook it for ten minutes and switch off the flame.
 
- Now apply ghee on a plate, spread evenly the mixture and let it cool then cut into small pieces.
 
- Now the dish is ready to serve.
