Ingredients used in MEDALLIONS STIR FRY
• Eggs (boiled) - 6 numbers.
• Carrot - 1 cup.
• Cucumber - 1 cup.
• Bell pepper - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 cup.
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Add corn flour and all-purpose flour in equal measures in a bowl. Mix it with required salt and water to make not so thick or thin batter.
  • Cut the boiled eggs into halves and place them on a plate. Pour the batter into them to form a good batter coating on the eggs.
  • Fry the eggs in the hot oil, till they turn into slightly fried and crispy.
  • Take a new pan and add some hot oil from the earlier oil pan. Add chopped garlic and ginger.
  • Then add the medallions bell pepper, carrot, cucumber and red chili paste and stir-fry.
  • Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, MSG, salt and crushed pepper and stir-fry.
  • At last, add the fried egg pieces and toss them.
Serve it hot.

How to prepare Medallions Stir Fry:

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs, boiled             -       6 nos
  2. Carrots                     -       1 cup
  3. Cucumber                -       1 cup
  4. Bell peppers             -       1 cup

  6. All-purpose flour     -       1 cup
  7. Salt                             -       to taste
  8. Water                         -       as needed
  9. Oil                               -       for deep frying
  10. Garlic, chopped       -       1 tsp
  11. Ginger, chopped      -       1 tsp
  12. Red chilli paste        -       1 tbsp
  13. Tomato ketchup       -       2 tbsp
  14. Soya sauce                 -       1 tsp
  15. MSG                            -       pinch
  16. Pepper, crushed        -       1 tsp

Directions:

  1. Add Corn Flour and All-Purpose Flour in equal measures in a bowl. Mix it with required salt and water to make not so thick or thin batter.
