Starting your day with a healthy breakfast is one amazing factor which can keep you fit and healthy the day long. Most of the time people avoid eating breakfast or skip due to time constraint, but a healthy mushroom scrambled eggs would actually do a lot as its very easy to cook, fast to prepare, protein rich and gives wonderful earthy flavors of mushroom with little bit of pepper to get your metabolism going and finely chopped onions help in reducing the cholesterol.

This breakfast dish is a effortless yet elegant food that can be served with bread, bun, burger or can be eaten by itself. Mushrooms provide a perfect and healthy touch to this dish. This is a complete fat free dish cooked in microwave within few minutes. Like all other veggies and fruits, mushrooms are naturally gluten free and giving a classic taste to this dish. Edible Mushrooms are extensively used in Chinese, Korean, European and Japanese cuisines.

They are high in dietary fiber, protein and vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, cobalamine and ascorbic acid. Mushrooms are also a good source of some minerals, including selenium, potassium and phosphorus. Mushrooms are very healthy, high in nutritional values, low in calories and occasionally used for medicinal purpose. There are three parts to the mushroom, the stem, gills and cap. When you consider wild mushrooms there are literally thousands of different types of mushrooms.

Few common types of edible mushrooms are the Button mushrooms, Portobello mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms and the Crimini Mushrooms. Mushroom is used as an ingredient in a number of dishes such as curries, sandwich, soup etc. Indian mushroom recipes are very popular. Mushroom soup is a nice way to start any day or a yummy multi course meal. A well spiced soup extremely flavourful and a definite delight.

An ultimate soul warming soup especially to stave off from a winter chill day! A must try soup as mushrooms are very low in calories and contain about 80 to 90 percent water. The other main ingredient, Eggs is one of the most comfortable food that is available right round the year. It not only provide with delicious dishes but also is an essential ingredients for various bakery products, sauce and numerous Indian dishes.

Egg is composed of a yellow yolk and translucent white surrounded by a protective shell that can be white or brown, depending upon the breed of the chicken. The shell's color is not related to the quality or nutritional value of the egg itself. Eggs holds an esteemed place not only for its wonderful taste and nutritional content but serves many unique functions in cooking that includes coagulation, foaming, emulsification and browning. Hard-boiled eggs are fun to eat and easy to pack for on-the-go lunches.

For example just mix chopped up hard-boiled eggs with fresh lemon juice and olive oil, leeks and dill (and salt and pepper to taste) to make a healthy egg salad. Egg can be cooked in many ways and of all Egg burji and fried eggs are my favourites. This dish is one of the most popular and special because of the time it actually takes to prepare. A very convenient dish to make! The egg burji with pav (bread) is one of popular street cart food over many cities and also found prepared at railway platforms.

Mushroom scrambled eggs, this is one of the things that I did with those fresh eggs because it would be a hard time for me folding those fluffy omelettes which would lastly end up as scrambled eggs. Interestingly sometimes I also tried making it a healthier and balanced meal by adding sausages or bacons or mushrooms which would really enhance the taste and flavors of this dish.

Egg is one of the most natural nutritious foods containing many essential nutrients for a balanced diet for adults and children. Eggs are economical too and they are excellent source of protein and rich in vitamins A, D, E, B12 and niacin, minerals like calcium, zinc and iron. If you just eat the white of egg than it is low in calories and fat. The most recent studies show that cholesterol content of one large egg is 213 milligrams. All of the cholesterol is in the yolk.

Eggs are best served during breakfast or snack time. Normally doctor’s advice growing kids to eat eggs and also sports people are advised to eat egg and it gives them strength and energy. The nutritional value of an egg is divided between the egg white and egg yolk. The egg yolks are one such natural food that contains vitamin D. Muscles, organs, skin, hair as well as antibodies, enzymes, transport molecules and hormones are all made from protein.

Each protein has a certain number and sequence of amino acids. Nine amino acids cannot be made by the body. These nine are known as essential amino acids and you must get them from the foods you eat. You can make a variety of dishes with eggs like the Egg Toast, Cheese Omelette, Egg curry, Egg Biryani, Egg pakora and many more.
