Ingredients used in Aloo ki Roti
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ajwain/carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Potato (boiled and grated) - 500 grams.
• Wheat flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking powder - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add boiled and grated potato, ajwain, salt, chopped green chilies, onion, coriander, finely chopped ginger.
  • Then add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, mix it like a dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions, with the help of rolling pin to make chapattis.
  • Cook each roti on both sides on a griddle till golden brown using butter.
