- Grind spinach and dil leaves to coarse paste. Keep aside.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, blended paste of spinach and dil leaves, salt and cook it by stirring occasionally for about 4-5 minutes till oil oozes out of the gravy.
- Then season the above gravy with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder,crush pepper and let it cook for another 3 minutes.
- At last, add prawns to the same pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
