- First, soak the poppy seeds in warm water for 1 to 2 hours, make a paste of poppy seeds and green chilly.
- Pour oil into a hot pan add kalonji, green chilly, turmeric powder, potatoes (boil the potatoes by adding salt, cook 70% done) toss the potatoes in the oil and add poppy seed paste, salt, add jeera powder, mix it well put the lid on cook for few minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan add chopped coriander leaves put this into the top of Aloo Posto.
