paneer makhani is a preparation of paneer pieces in the thick, creamy and spicy, and very tasty.
- Dry roast Kasuri methi and crush into powder and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, muskmelon seeds, slitted green chilies, saute all these nicely.
- Now add some water and mix it well.
- Take mixie jar, add all these sauteed ingredients and make it into a fine paste.
- Then take a pan, add water, coriander powder, cumin powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, red chili powder, butter, mix it well.
- To it, even add tomato puree and cook it well.
- When butter oozes out of this thick gravy mixture, add grinded melon seed mixture along with some water, mix it.
- After boiling, add salt as per taste, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves.
- Now add the kasuri methi powder, paneer cubes and cook it for some more time.
- Add fresh cream in the same pan and mix it well.
- At last, sprinkle a pinch of sugar to enhance the flavors.
Serve in a bowl.
