Palak Puri Recipe is a nice combination of spinach, wheat flour, ragi and maize flour.
- Blanch chopped spinach in water then make it to fine paste by adding green chilies and salt (to taste).
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, ragi flour, maize flour, semolina, spinach puree (with green chillies and salt), and mix it.
