Palak Gosht is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side-Dish.
- Wash meat in a bowl.then marinate meat with redchilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, oil, salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat cooker on medium heat, pour oil 5 tsp, add cloves, cardamom, caraway seeds, chopped green chili, chopped onions. fry untill onions becomes golden brown then add ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, spinachmake it fry for 3 minutes.
- Then add finely chopped tomato make it fry 3 minutes.
- Then add marinated meat then cook for 10 minutes
- Then add red chilli powder meat masala, salt to taste, and cilantro and now keep the cooker lid put it on sim untill 3 whistles come.
Remove from cooker serve it in a bowl.
