This oats and mushroom dhokla is much more easier to make and more nutritious snack.
- Take a bowl, add oats, semolina, green chillies, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, mushroom,salt, lemon juice, yogurt, water and mix nicely.
- Add oil and mix it, later add fruit salt, mix it immediately transfer into oil greased tray.
- Place it in a steamer and steam it for 10-15minutes check it with toothpick.
- Allow it rest and demould and cut into pieces.
