- Pestle coriander and cumin seeds in a dinchik to a coarse powder and keep aside.
- Take a bowl, add juliennes of cabbage, carrot, green bell pepper, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, salt and mix thoroughly.
- Now, add boiled noodles, and mix well.
