Mutton Cutlets soft, melt-in-the-mouth, mildly spiced minced mutton cutlets.
- Mince the mutton.
- Boil and mash the potatoes.
- Chop onions ,green chillies and ginger fine . Heat a small quantity of fat . Saute onions ,green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
