Mutton andhrawala is non- vegetable recipe which is very famous in andhra side. Its very spicy and delicious, and easy to make.
- Clean mutton pieces, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black cumin powder, coriander powder, mix it well and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add and saute cashew nuts till they turn into light golden colour.
- In the same pan, add oil, when oil heats up add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and saute it.
- Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste till you get a nice smell.
- Then add chopped tomato pieces and once it thickens add mutton. Cook on slow flame and when the water evaporates.
