Soya keema rolls is easy to make and very nutritious. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can also be packed for office, school as a lunchbox.
- Soak the soya in hot water and squeeze water, later cut into half and keep aside.
- Chop the mushroom and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, mushroom, soya and saute it then season with coriander powder, chilli powder, saute it and reduce the flame.
- Add salt, tomato ketchup, mix it and switch off the flame.
- Dust some flour on table top and roll the pizza dough.
- Arrange the mushroom mixture, green bell pepper, onions and tomato like as shown in video.
- On its top arrange the cheese slices and grated mozzarella cheese.
- Fold it like as shown in video and dust some flour and arrange it on a baking tray.
- To the arranged roll give a slight cut and egg wash and bake in oven for 180-200 degree for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut into pieces.
Now mushroom soya kheema is ready to serve.
