Mango sticky rice is a popular sweet sticky rice with coconut milk and fresh mangoes. This sweet dessert is very popular in Southeast Asia.
- In mashy cooked rice add salt, coconut milk, coconut oil, kewra water then switch off the flame and mix it nicely.
- Then add sugar and mix it.
- Transfer into a plate and place it in refrigerator.
- After few minutes take out the plate then add grated coconut and mix it.
- Transfer mango dices into a serving bowl then place rice mixture on top of it.
- Then add coconut milk on top of it.
- Then again place mango dices on top of the coconut milk.
- Again place the rice mixture on top of mango dices.
- Cook the sugar in a pan till it reach a golden in color.
- Then stir it to cool it down till it feel like a thick jam.
- Using with fork spin the sugar like a thin threads
- Then place these threads on top of the rice mixture.
Now Creamy sticky mango rice is ready.
